Lowest insertion loss using a 1.0mm connector with a Safety-Lock mechanism available.

Cable insertion loss is minimized due to the cable structure, which is optimized for measurement up to 110 GHz.

Safety-Lock Mechanism
This assembly features a Safety-Lock mechanism, which ensures that the 1.0mm(m) connector pin is inserted into the female connector safely and surely. Simply fasten the Hex nut on the male side of the safety lock mechanism to fit it to the female side. Then, insert the male pin into the female side by rotating the secondary Grooved nut. In this case, the mating process is completed without damaging the pin tip.
How to Use the “Safety-Lock Mechanism” for the 1.0mm(m) Connector
Loosen the Grooved nut and confirm the screw thread is visible. The central pin is now retracted from the standard position.
Tighten the Hex nut to the female connector following the same procedure as with a normal 1.0mm(m) connector. They will be fixed under the condition that both connectors’ central axis is Coaligned even though the central pin has not yet mated.
By tightening the Grooved nut, the central pin will extend into the female connector’s socket. This process ensures Risk-Free pin mating.
MWX002
MWX002 enables measurement with frequencies up to 120GHz & boasts industry-leading phase stability against bending.
