New director of business development, Israel for PMT business unit

LaFox, IL, Thursday, November 2, 2017 – Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RELL) announced today the addition of a new director of business development in Israel for its Power & Microwave Technologies’ strategic business unit. PMT encompasses Richardson Electronics’ existing Electron Device Group and adds new technologies and engineered solutions for the power conversion and RF and microwave markets.

Moshe Marom brings extensive experience to Richardson Electronics, including more than 20 years of designing and selling electronic components in high-technology markets.

After graduating from Singalovsky College in Tel Aviv with a degree in electronics and communication engineering, Mr. Marom launched his career in the optical division of NASA 5000, an Israeli government organization defining and qualifying military systems.

Since 2002 Mr. Marom has worked in sales, marketing and applications support of RF, microwave and medical products, introducing new components to meet customer needs throughout Israel.
