Edward J. Richardson

CHAIRMAN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT

Ed has been employed by the company since 1961, holding several positions during his tenure. He was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President from September 1989 until November 1996. Since that time, Ed has continued to hold the offices of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. In April 2006 he also became Chief Operating Officer and President, and he continues to serve as President today.

Greg Peloquin

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, POWER & MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGIES

Greg brings considerable experience and expertise in the RF and microwave, power and energy, and electron tubes markets to RELL Power. Prior to joining Richardson Electronics in June 2014, he served as President of Richardson RFPD, Inc. From 2002 to 2011, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Richardson Electronics’ RF & Wireless Communications Group. Earlier in his career, Greg  was director of global distribution for Motorola, Inc.’s wireless infrastructure division.

Chris Marshall

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, POWER & MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGIES

Chris joined Richardson Electronics in 1991 and held a series of positions in North America, eventually becoming Vice President RF & Wireless, responsible for managing the business unit and its Asia and America sales. From 2011 to 2014, he was Vice President Global Marketing for Richardson RFPD. Earlier in his career, Chris held senior management positions in the Canadian electronics industry, overseeing marketing, sales, manufacturing, IC design, circuit design and semiconductor process development.

Philippe Valy

VICE PRESIDENT GLOBAL SALES, POWER & MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGIES

Philippe began his career with the Thales Group in the ATC business unit and subsequently held positions in France as a Field Sales Engineer, promoting and selling various RF lines, including Watkins-Johnson, Alpha Semiconductors, Narda, Merrimac and NEC. He joined Richardson Electronics in 2000 as a Field Sales Engineer. In 2001 he became a Regional Sales Manager, covering four divisions–EDG, RF, CCTV and Display. In 2008, Philippe was appointed EMEA Sales Director for the RF and Power division, where grew the business successfully by implementing innovative market developments and working in close collaboration with partners.

Claudio Schutz

Vice President, Industrial Services and Electron Device Group

Claudio joined Richardson Electronics in 2011 and is responsible for developing business and services for industrial customers of equipment using RF electron devices. Prior to joining Richardson Electronics, Claudio spent a number of years with TRUMPF, serving as an Affiliate Controller (TRUMPF Gmbh & Co, Germany), then as Controller (TRUMPF Inc., North America), Managing Director (TRUMPF Mexico), and Director Spare Parts/Logistics North America.
